We chose to grow slowly — to learn by doing, and to build things the way we believe they should exist. Over the years, we realized that if we want to be truly responsible for what we offer, we need to make it ourselves. Since 2019, almost everything that reaches your hands has been made entirely by us, from the first idea to the final craft. This is what led us to roast our own coffee and bake our own bread — as a community always in progress
